When something happens or is happening not the way you want, and you accept it ,it becomes tolerance and when you don’t accept ,it becomes anger!!
When somebody has hurt you, and you accept it ,it becomes forgiveness and if you don’t accept it,it becomes hatred.
Anything handled with non-acceptance becomes a negative emotion,while anything handled with acceptance becomes a positive emotion.
so be positive always!
